Founding Background and Mission

Founded in 2003 by Peter and his family, our original intention was to develop and expand family assets into a diversified group. Our core goal is to accumulate intergenerational wealth, provide long-term support for future generations, and achieve sustainable cross-generational growth of wealth.

  • Compensation and benefits: Salary is determined by working hours and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily administrative and personal affairs.
  • Prepare materials before meetings and sort out meeting minutes after meetings.
  • Follow up on meeting items to ensure closed-loop handling.
  • Assist in coordinating communication with local and international (Russia, Asia-Pacific region) partners.
  • Participate in the initial assessment, research and screening of business plans (BP) for start-up investment projects.
  • Assist in managing private and family affairs.
  • Follow up on school and life matters communication to ensure closed-loop.
  • Focus on investment projects in finance and real estate fields, and give priority to students majoring in accounting, mathematics, architecture and other related majors.

Job Requirements

  • Only students currently enrolled in the University of Melbourne and other local universities in Melbourne are eligible to apply.
  • Possess strong ability to learn new things and logical comprehension ability.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of flexibly handling multiple tasks and having outstanding organizational ability.
  • Preference given to those majoring in finance, accounting, mathematics, architecture, etc.
  • Materials such as credits or other materials demonstrating excellent ability need to be provided.
